We do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are handled automatically through our fulfillment center. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the time your order is placed. Below you’ll find a detailed overview of our cut-off times and shipping schedules.

Netherlands

We offer very fast delivery within the Netherlands. Orders placed before 23:59 are processed overnight and delivered the next business day.

Delivery schedule – Netherlands:
• Ordered Monday before 23:59 → delivered Tuesday
• Ordered Tuesday before 23:59 → delivered Wednesday
• Ordered Wednesday before 23:59 → delivered Thursday
• Ordered Thursday before 23:59 → delivered Friday
• Ordered Friday before 23:59 → delivered Saturday
• Ordered Saturday before 23:59 → delivered Monday
• Ordered Sunday before 23:59 → delivered Monday

Belgium

Orders to Belgium are processed until 20:00. In most cases, delivery takes 1 business day, depending on carrier volume.

Delivery schedule – Belgium:
• Ordered Monday before 20:00 → delivered Tuesday
• Ordered Tuesday before 20:00 → delivered Wednesday
• Ordered Wednesday before 20:00 → delivered Thursday
• Ordered Thursday before 20:00 → delivered Friday

• Ordered Sunday before 23:59 → delivered Tuesday

Note: At this time, we advise an estimated delivery time of 1–2 days within Belgium due to carrier processing times.

Germany & France

Orders to Germany and France are processed daily until 20:00. Delivery times depend on whether the destination is an urban or rural area.

Delivery schedule – Germany & France:
• Ordered Monday before 20:00 → delivered Wednesday–Thursday
• Ordered Tuesday before 20:00 → delivered Thursday–Friday
• Ordered Wednesday before 20:00 → delivered Friday–Monday
• Ordered Thursday before 20:00 → delivered Monday–Tuesday
• Ordered Friday before 20:00 → delivered Tuesday–Tuesday
• Ordered Saturday before 23:59 → delivered Wednesday–Thursday
• Ordered Sunday before 23:59 → delivered Wednesday–Thursday

Germany delivery times vary by region:
Urban areas: 1–2 days
Rural areas: 2–3 days

Other European Countries

For all other European destinations, we currently advise an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier performance.

Important Note About Delays

While we ship all orders on time according to the cut-off schedule above, unexpected delays may occur due to issues on the carrier’s side (sorting center delays, weather conditions, strikes, routing errors, high-volume periods, etc.).

If a package is delivered later than expected, please be aware that:
– this delay is caused by the shipping carrier, not by us;
– once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, transit time is fully under their responsibility.

Of course, we will always assist you and follow up with the carrier if needed.

Holiday / peak season delays

During peak seasons (such as Christmas or Black Friday), delivery times may be extended due to high carrier volume.

Fulfillment center processing disclaimer

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer control the transit process. Delivery speed, route, and handling are fully managed by the shipping carrier.

Tracking
Every order receives a Track & Trace link once the shipment has been dispatched.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our fulfillment center within 24 hours on business days.

Not at Home?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery again or redirect your parcel to the nearest pickup point.

Wrong address disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return-to-sender policy

If a parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery or an incorrect address, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
