Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all original brand tags, labels, seals, documentation, and accessories.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration—or that are no longer in sellable condition—are not eligible for a refund.

Branded products must be returned in the same condition as received, without removal of manufacturer packaging or labels.

For hygiene-sensitive or sealed goods, returns are only accepted if the seal has not been broken.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Return Procedure
Before returning any product, customers must contact our customer support team to receive the correct return instructions and return address. Unauthorized returns may experience significant delays or may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unpaid returns or “cash-on-delivery” returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We only sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from the official brands or authorized distributers. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue. Depending on stock availability, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Manufacturer Responsibility
As we are not the manufacturer nor the trademark owner, defects originating from production fall under the responsibility of the brand owner. We will assist in forwarding warranty or defect-related claims when possible.
